· Closely coordinate with production to schedule inspection stages timely.· Carry out incoming inspection of project materials (related to mechanical) & give disposition.· Prepare HAT and SAT procedures for the project getting approval from client and Class.· Ensure that the commissioning work satisfies the quality standards and it is as per the design protocol.· Coordinates with Clients and classification Society.· Monitoring and carry out routine inspection of mechanical activities (prior/during/after) to ensure that the quality of workmanship is in accordance with the client’s and classification societies specification.· Analyzing the installation and operational manual and presenting the system to the client & surveyor in coordination with service engineer, if applicable.· Proper documentation of survey report and sending comment list to all concerned departments.· Provides expertise to establish per-commissioning processes according to client requirements as identified in the...
