Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Intermediate Phase HOD/English Home Language Grade 4 Teacher at Middelburg College located in Middelburg, Mpumalanga. The HOD will be responsible for leading and managing the Intermediate Phase team and overseeing the teaching of English to Grade 4 students. The HOD will also provide support and guidance to staff, parents, and learners, and take an active role in the growth and development of the school.

Qualifications
• BEd - Bachelor of Education
• 10 years of teaching experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership or management role as an HOD.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
