Hire Resolve’s client in the mining industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a General Engineering Superintendent to join their team in Evander, Mpumalanga.

Responsibilities:
• ESKOM communication and contracts
• Power failure analysis and strategies
• Electrical Energy saving projects
• Fault finding
• Outside section – Fridge Plants, Compressors, Maturation plants, Fans and general electrical and mechanical reticulations and pipe networking
• Underground machinery electrical and mechanical.
• Update of electrical drawings
• Compliance with electrical standards
• Managing electrical distribution systems
• Budgeting and Safety compliance
• Capital Projects
• Managing a multi-diverse team (foremen, electricians, boilermakers, fitters, plumbers etc)
• Engaging with management, administrating, and presenting business plans and strategies

Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Electrical Trade Test Certificate
• GES Certificate
• N5 Certificate
• 10 years of experience in a supervisor role
