Job description

1. Undertake the recruitment needs of the business team and use various effective recruitment channels to meet the company's talent needs;

2. Responsible for talent discovery, selection, interview evaluation, reverse control and optimization iteration of the process;

3. Effectively develop and maintain recruitment channels, and conduct regular channel analysis, including but not limited to external recruitment websites, internal referrals, headhunting and other common recruitment channels and other channel resources;

4. Have the concept of talent map, identify outstanding talents according to the talent strategy and deployment of business departments, and quickly build a talent system to respond to market challenges.
