Together with the Sales team, you will be responsible for the overall sales performance by implementing the sales strategy for BekaertDeslee Indonesia. Other key responsibilities are:

- You identify key customers, distributors and partners in the Asian market and build a strong relationship with them.
- You partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives and to ensure long-term success
- You negotiate and close deals with prospective clients and partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company
- You effectively communicate our value proposition through proposals and presentations
- You collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and drive growth.
- You track sales metrics and generate reports on a regular basis, providing accurate and timely updates to the Sales & Marketing Director.
