We’re looking for a Regional Manager to oversee our operations in the Western, Central and Northern part of the country. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team of sales people and be able to hit the ground running. Regional Manager Duties:

Manage team and employees, directing project work and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Ensure all team members are following company standards, policies, and procedures.

Encourage communication between team members.

Develop annual performance metrics and budgets for project teams.

Provide regular progress reports to management.

Create a proactive, innovative work environment.

Oversee projects from start to finish, assuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
