Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Tutor at Teach For Qazaqstan. Business trips to the Karaganda region are required once every two weeks to visit schools and classes of fellows. It is important that the employee is located either in Astana or Karaganda.

As a Tutor, you will be responsible for a group of TFQ fellows:
• providing methodological and psychological support
• attending classes offline and giving feedback
• building relationships with the partner school
• creating and conducting training sessions/seminars/webinars for fellows according to training program plans and individual requests

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• At least 5 years of teaching experience
• Application of humanistic framework in practice
• Knowledge of the Kazakh language is required, knowledge of Russian and English is an asset More Detail
