Job Description:
• Reports to Project Manager
• Key person in charge to interface client and attend MC meetings, generate MOM.
• Coordinate with Client and schedule training with their PIMS to all Profab disciplines(E&I, Mech, Piping etc)
• Prepare daily/weekly status of overall ITRs from PIMs system from different Profab disciplines(E&I, Mech, Piping etc)
• Collect and generate punch list (internal and external) from different Profab disciplines (E&I, Mech, Piping etc)
• Coordinate, expedite and chase all Profab discipline(PMT, E&I, Mech, Piping etc) with target dates of all o/s punch list and ITRs. Able to provide S-curve progress in relation to MC.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse & PMT to carry out the necessary preservation from incoming, in progress fabrication to completion and have preservation ITR fill up accordingly. He will be supported by a small team of preservation personnel from production to implement preservation as per requirements.
