• Handle the shift individually.
• Plan and execution of Preventive maintenance and periodic maintenance activities of Cold flow line machines (Pilger mill, Straightening, cutting, Annealing, hydro etc.)
• Maintaining the Preventive maintenance details of Cold finish line machines on monthly basis and follow up with area owner.
• Conduct leakage Audit of, Cold finish line machines and arrest it regularly.
• Follow up with Store and purchase department for spares availability at any time.
• Maintain all Audit report (ISO 9001)
• Maintain all spares as per spare list.
• Basic knowledge of Utility Equipment (Crain, Forklift, RO plant, Chiller, Compressor etc.)
• Do the Daily white board meeting.
• Maintain breakdown sheet of all machines and focus on major breakdown area. More Detail
