Description de la fonction We are looking for an Event Coordinator for one of our clients, an international communication agency located in Brussels.As an Event Coordinator, you will work closely with the Event Management Team to deliver national and international, online and offline events. What are your responsibilities as an Event Coordinator?
• Assist the Manager to deliver virtual, hybrid and face-to-face events from A to Z (design, plan, organize, deliver, measure results and impact);
• Support the on-time delivery of virtual, hybrid and face-to-face events;
• Set-up and coordinate virtual event platforms, web conferences and live streams;
