The Equipment, Technology, and Services group of Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead a logistics operation team in support of inland and international commerce activities in European region. The logistics capability is critical to how we deliver goods and services to our customers on time and in full and we need a leader to motivate, coach, and develop this team of logistics and warehouse operators.

The role will be located in Dudelange, Luxembourg.

What You Will Do
• Lead and coach a logistics team - create a vision, set goals, and define a strategy for achieving established objectives while continuously improving the team's talent position.
• Responsible for the EU logistics operations and manage carrier/ 3PL partners along with global logistics teams.
