GCC Mine Engineer: Overview:

We are looking for a GCC (Government Certificate of Compliance): Mines & Works qualified Mine Engineer with more than 10-years’ experience to handle the full Engineering Management function of a Greenfields Mining Operation and ensure compliance with prevailing legislation and requirements of the Department of Minerals Resources & Energy (DMR).

Responsibilities
• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization and the efficient recovery of ore and minerals.
• Coordinate engineering projects, including mine and plant construction and expansions projects, upgrades, and modifications.
• Develop and manage engineering budgets & costs.
• Implement asset management strategies.
• Provide technical support and guidance to all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
