RedCat Recruitment is seeking a trade tested JUNIOR PATTERN MAKER for a well-established, growing concern, position based in the Ladysmith, KwaZulu-Natal.

REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12.

Valid driver’s license / own reliable transport

Relevant qualification/s.

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).

English speaking (must be able to speak, read and write English competently).

2yrs+ previous working experience in a similar position.

Proficiency in Gerber pattern making system including 3D Modelling.

Proficiency in AccuMark, AccuPlan and AccuNest.

Proficiency in Lectra Pattern making system to be able to convert Lectra patterns to Gerber patterns.

Pattern making for new product developments (from specifications provided by Technical Department) and making changes to existing patterns when required.

Grading patterns (essential function).

Creating size charts from patterns.

Checking and signing of mini markers to ensure fabric efficiency is optimized.
