Key Area of Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive recruitment compliance strategies and policies

tailored to nursing staff and AHP’s ensuring alignment with NHS employment

standards and regulations.

Ensure strict adherence to NHS employment regulations, local health authority

guidelines, and other relevant statutory requirements in the recruitment and hiring

processes for nurses.

Monitor and assess all aspects of the recruitment process to ensure fairness, equity,

and compliance with NHS employment standards, including checks for Right to Work

documentation, DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearances, and professional

registrations.

Implement rigorous background checks, including DBS checks, credential

verifications, and licensing validations for all nursing recruits, ensuring compliance

with NHS employment protocols.
