Responsibilities

Implement and adhere to the TÜV Rheinland South African Group management system requirements.

Attending staff meetings, auditor experience exchanges, customer focus days, and training sessions, as required by the Business Stream Manager and/or the Certification Manager

Maintenance of Recertification and existing business
• Sending of questionnaires to customers
• Upon receipt of completed questionnaires, update Abacus and calculate mandays (consider reductions or increases as per accreditation rules).
• Send abacus calculation for review to the reviewer.
• Create quotation, and sent to client together with contract and T’s and C’s.
• Manage enquiries from existing customers, work with Technical team to resolve where necessary.
• Visit clients where needed to understand their needs and expectations, and to build relations.
