What you’ll do:

This role will support the SSA Region, which comprises of 8 countries (South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, Zambia, Namibia, Botswana, Malawi, Eswatini). Key focus areas will be on the following:

Internal disciplinary process
• Oversee the management and maintenance of positive employee relations.
• First point of contact to the business for all ER processes and policies.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations and handling all industrial relations issues within the organization.
