Key Role: Perform a wide variety of analytical and administrative duties in support of the organization. Manage staffing and track internal and external suspense and correspondence with designated functional areas of the organization. Ensure implementation of policies, plans, procedures, and directives under the guidance of senior staff. Assist in the definition and documentation of processes into standard operating procedures or other written procedures. Assure integrated and coordinated short-term, mid-term, and long-range planning on projects and tasks. Identify existing or potential problem areas within the area of operations and recommend corrective action.
