Function:
• Installing and configuring software and hardware on the company’s devices
• Maintaining and developing internal network servers and other central technology tools
• Setting up computers and configuring users for desktop workstations
• Checking the performance of the system and executing necessary IT maintenance to keep the system performing well
• Helping out colleagues with IT problems
• Troubleshooting issues and breakdowns on computers and systems in the company
• Upgrading systems with new versions and models
• Conducting training on new technologies for staff
• Creating internal technical documentation, manuals and IT policies

Profile:
• Good knowledge of English, German and/or French
• A completed IT related education or a proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
• Team player, creative, proactive and flexible, strong communication and teamwork skills
• At least 2 years experience in an IT related field.
