Responsibilities: Human Resource (Porto Salvo-Portugal)

● Define the mid-and long-term local people strategy to support business objectives and

ambitions.

● Communicate on CHC values to foster CHC mindset &; culture.

● Contribute to business reviews and budget planning.

● Communicate on and implement CHC P&C global/regional initiatives.

● Act as the single point of contact for local Business Managers to drive

talent and transversal topics.

● Coordinate for annual Talent reviews nationwide and monitor

completion across functions.

● Monitor compliance of Talent review process with global frameworks

and standards

● Manage high performers & underperformers.

● Coordinate annual Succession planning reviews nationwide and

monitor completion across functions.

● Manage local Talent pipeline (incl. critical positions) and anticipate

emerging/future talent needs, flag at-risk positions.
