We are seeking a qualified and experienced Workforce Services Manager to oversee the recruitment, training, and development of our workforce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the WFM and AP/QA functional teams.- 12 years overall experience with at least 5 years in leadership capacity (managers as direct reports) - (BPO or non-BPO)

- Well-rounded in all WFM aspects (RTA, Forecasting, Scheduling, Capacity Planning)

- Stakeholder Management, Financials, experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously

- For Forecasting, Scheduling, Capacity Planning - must be able to do it manually AND with a tool and create from scratch as well. More Detail
