The opportunity

This position is responsible for attending to the training needs of the Agency Force, ensuring high quality in the delivery of programs, initiates enhancements in basic as well as advanced training modules, helps in marketing ACD’s programs and services and handles key training initiatives and projects.

Responsibilities
• Conducts and facilitates training programs and training related activities to existing agents.
• Provides feedback received from the field to the Training Manager on how the training requirements of the agency can be better served.
• Designs advanced and technical training programs to include development of collaterals and tools. Conducts Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Focused Group Discussion (FGD) and evaluates effectiveness of training programs and recommends enhancements.
