JOB MISSION:

Oversee the whole safety and security operations of the Economic Estates in Cebu from developing safety and security strategies, crafting plans and implementing guidelines, procedures and programs to ensuring compliance to government and organization policies and directives. This includes overseeing implementation of efforts to minimize safety and security- related risks and losses; ensuring activities and programs with third party service providers are aligned with the organization; ensuring adherence of locators and tenants to the standards set; and securing the physical assets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for the monitoring and ensuring that CAM Cost is within the budget for Safety and Security projects.
• Develops and implements Safety and Security Plans, Policies, Protocols and Procedures - for tenants, locators, workplace, organic and inorganic employees in all aspect of the operations cycle (construction, ingress, operations, egress).
