We are seeking a
dedicated and skilled Shift Supervisor to join our Kitchen Operations team.
The Shift Supervisor will work closely with the Kitchen Head and Line cooks to
prepare and execute dishes, maintain kitchen standards, and ensure that all
food items are perfectly cooked. The ideal candidate should have a passion for
cooking and thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
• In
charge of operational Oversight in the absence of the kitchen head during
the assigned shift
• Serve as
an example to a team of line cooks, cashiers, and stockmen in the quality
and timely production of food to fulfill orders placed across sales
channels
• Ensure
properly working enablers (equipment, systems, wares, etc.) by using the
following kitchen standards and SOPs which include cleaning and basic
troubleshooting
