Field Support Operation
• Providing onsite and on-demand support to end-user computers.
• Perform IMACDs.
• Resolve incidents that were unresolvable by first level or remote second level support teams.
• Providing smart hands Services for HCL remote teams.
• Providing onsite and on-demand support to end-user computers.
• Basic Support for VC – Users
• First Level support of local applications (no SOE.).
• Respond to user requests for service; troubleshoot incidents and problems, develop solutions; make minor repairs to equipment and arrange for other service needs as appropriate.
• Able to troubleshoot hardware/software issues with laptops and desktops.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11.
• Deskside and white glove support experience
• Manage the day-to-day incidents and service requests resolving them promptly utilizing the SNOW tool of record.
• Install and support Microsoft Office applications and Office 365 software and additional approved, as needed, software.
