s an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT you will support the proper functioning of other areas by safeguarding documents for presentation to the authorities.

You will report to the administrative area for our architectural business in Nicaragua.

Key Responsibilities
• You can give attention to DGI requirements and INSS (Nicaraguan Institute of Social Security) attention.
• You will give attention to the Nicaraguan Institute of Technology and attention to the Mayor's Office (INATEC) and to the annual registration due on January 30th.
• You will follow up on customs processes and permits, returns, credit notes and delivery of invoices
• You will manage the MINSA documentary safekeeping; and follow up on the weekly report update.

Qualification
• 1+ year of experience in administration of physical and digital documents, Statements, Taxes and Solvency.
• 1+ year of experience with human resources payroll, monthly invoice cancellation, Access to documentation; legal representative.
