This is a remote position.

This company consults on marketing systems to help generate higher quality leads for a company, they then build automation within their CRM (primarily Hubspot) to nurture leads between their marketing and sales journey within a business.

They’re looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with their clients. Job duties include scheduling and leading client calls, delivering performance data, internal and external communication via Zoom/text/phone/email, and ownership of the client relationship.

Responsibilities
• Serve as the lead point of contact for clients.
• Build and maintain strong, client relationships.
• Oversee the onboarding process including the project timeline and delivery of each step.
• Double check that client requests are done correctly.
• Clearly communicate the progress of various projects to internal and external stakeholders.
