Principal Responsibilities
• Responsible for day-to-day accounting and month-end closing to ensure timely and accurate completion of all management reports
• Maintain total check & control of income statement & balance sheet
• Prepare documentation for vendor payments and bills/utilities payment
• Attend to vendor’s queries in relation to payments
• Perform periodic reconciliation of selected ledger accounts on a monthly basis
• Process monthly payroll
• Responsible for monthly employees’ reimbursement claim
• Responsible for all documents filing
• Responsible for fixed asset checking and tagging
• Supporting Accounts Specialist and Senior Accounts Specialist.

Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
• Prior working experience in audit firm would be an added advantage
• Knowledge of SQL accounting system is an added advantage
• Good communication skills
• Effective interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels of people
