Experienced skipper/ Deckhand Responsible to: Marine Head of Department Purpose: Responsible for the command of and safe running and maintenance of Company vessels. Responsible for the safe manning and handling of company vessels and assistance to skippers (Deckhand). Ensuring the health and safety and wellbeing of crew, staff, passengers and cargo. Boat crew needed for a high functioning organization based remotely in the Scottish Highlands. Adverse weather conditions mixed with an array of commercial marine operations. Individuals to be highly motivated, hardworking, adaptable in adverse weather and working conditions, time flexible, leadership qualities and works well with others. We are looking for an individual with experience being at sea on an array of different boats and knows and understands the basic workings and functions of boats in general.
