Locums First is currently seeking a Locum Commercial Property solicitor for a position in Lochmaddy.

Our client is an impressive L500 full-service practice known for its friendly and modern approach. They are looking for a Locum to join their team on a rolling contract lasting 3 to 6 months, offering flexibility in terms of both full-time and part-time hours.

The Locum will be responsible for managing various aspects of commercial property work, including:
• Handling complex Landlord and Tenant matters.
• Involvement in Property Development.
• Managing Freehold acquisitions and disposals.
• Dealing with Property Finance.

Requirements:
• Qualified lawyers, including Solicitors, Barristers, and CILEX Fellows.
• Prior experience practicing in the field of Commercial Property.
• The ability to seamlessly integrate into a locum role within a hybrid working environment.
• Capability to work independently within a busy team.
• Must hold a UK Solicitor qualification.
