Job description

The Field Sales Representative or Salesperson will predominately aim to sell supply only glazing products to businesses and consumers. They'll need to explain how a product works and what services are available, provide sales material, create sales leads and follow up with new customers. Responsible for accurately recording requirements of customers’ orders on site and over the phone.

Responsibilities

– Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

– Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.

– Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

– Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
