40 hour per week with days and night shifts available

An excellent understanding of dementia care is essential. **
• To take full responsibility for the effective operation and delivery of the business plan for their relevant unit within the Home, in conjunction with the Home Manager, Deputy Manager, Director of Nursing and Clinical Lead to take full responsibility for ensuring high standards of professional practice which meet the physical, emotional, social, intellectual and spiritual needs of the Residents. To plan, manage, direct and monitor the delivery of all aspects of dementia care across all floors of the home.
