We're offering an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager to join our management team at an 80-bedded home in Crowthorne, Berkshire. You'll play a vital role in leading the care team to achieve and exceed care standards set by regulatory bodies and internal benchmarks.

About the Role:

As Deputy Manager, you'll collaborate with the care team and General Manager to address operational challenges and develop action plans to enhance the quality of care in accordance with policies and procedures. Your responsibilities include:
• Providing support and guidance to care staff to ensure effective care planning and delivery.
• Leading, managing, and developing the staff team under the supervision of the Registered Manager.
• Using quality monitoring tools to address any care and safeguarding concerns.
• Assuming overall responsibility for the home in the absence of the General Manager.
