We currently have an opportunity for a Rail Site Supervisor to join our Arb Rail division within the South West and Thames Valley region. You will oversee both Ground Control employees and field teams as they complete Arboriculture and Vegetation works alongside tracks and rail sites. You will ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to standard.

Although work is organised to suit your location as much as possible, there will be travel to sites up to a 90 minute commute, with occasional trips outside of this radius to cover the full region if needed.

Who we're looking for:

Ideally, you will have Site Supervisor experience in a Rail environment, however, training will be given for the right person, so this could be an opportunity to make the next step up in your career. This is a regional role so it would suit candidates based in the following locations; Reading, Oxford, Basingstoke, Swindon, Bath and Bristol.
