Job Description

Aramark UK is looking to hire an experienced and dedicated Junior Sous Chef to join the team at the Rollercoaster Restaurant at Alton Towers. This is for the UK's first and only Rollercoaster Restaurant, where dining comes with a twist!! The Junior Sous is a key stakeholder in organising and delivering excellent dining.

Aramark provides world-class contract catering services, and we are very lucky to have some of the best Culinary and Catering talent that the UK has to offer working within our teams.

This role is full time over a 7 working day week, with a mix of 7am-3pm and 2pm- 11pm. There are no split shifts. The role will be resort based and location may vary during seasonal busy periods.

Job Responsibilities

Take a leading role in food preparation and service on a daily basis.
Follow recipes & presentation specifications, with scope of enhancing products where suitable
Coaching a young team of kitchen hosts with food preparation best practises
