Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of your portfolio of properties. This includes handling landlord and tenant inquiries, ensuring maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely manner, conducting property inspections, negotiating renewals, and deposit negotiations and releases. You will work closely with landlords, tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of your properties.
