Position Overview:

For one of our international clients, we are looking for a Plant Controller, who will be a key player of the plant leadership team. Contributes to all areas of plant management and provides strong financial leadership for business decisions. The Plant Controller is responsible for both management and financial reporting and business planning activities in alignment with corporate policies and practices. The incumbent will provide financial direction to the plant management team and provide recommendations to improve site performance.

Responsibilities (not limited to):
• Responsible for all general accounting activities related to the plant. Set up accounting processes for the newly acquired plant in the area of Madrid in line with our client policies and best practices of other plants.
• Responsible for Manufacturing and R&D accounting, financial reporting and analysis, and ensure the results are a materially correct reflection of plant performance.
