You'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, supporting a diverse range of hardware and software across Spain.

As an IT Helpdesk, you will be responsible for the deployment, maintenance, and support of desktops, laptops, handhelds, mobile phones, and applications within Spain, encompassing both Legacy Berry and RPC Domains. Working closely with various IT teams, you'll provide hardware and software support, resolve technical issues, and ensure that all systems are functioning optimally. Your role will involve both on-site and remote support, as well as collaboration with international teams to deliver efficient solutions.
