Marketing Manager – Regional Deployment Skin Health & Beauty EMEA
• Regional deployment lead NEUTROGENA/AVEENO - manages NEUTROGENA/AVEENO across the region to cascade globally aligned strategy and initiatives with limited shaping and transcreation.
• The RDL links the Region to the Global Brand Development Team on a day-to-day basis
• Leads a cohesive approach to marketing deployment across clusters/ region, embedding principles of science of brand growth, aligned to Global Growth brand plan.
• Drives above market share growth through increased consumer penetration, leveraging global playbooks and toolkits.
• Develops, coaches, and motivates end to end regional deployment team, embedding, and modelling Kenvue behaviours

This position reports into the Marketing Director – Regional Deployment Leader Skin Health & Beauty EMEA.
