- Ensure excellence in **project execution**, so that manufacturing companies can use the project results for their **specific needs**.
- You ensure that the developed solutions meet the needs of the companies.
- Manage the implementation of **industrially relevant technological research projects **and encourage your researchers (with different backgrounds) to look for new solutions.

- Master in engineering.
- ** At least 5 years of relevant experience** in a **project
- and stakeholdermanagement role.**:

- As a Project Leader you are not a technical expert pur sang, but you can empathize with the world of **production environments**. You know what research is and more specifically in an **academic environment**.
- You have specific knowledge of ‘low TRL research’.
- Specific experience with innovation aimed at manufacturing companies.
- Very **good management and communication skills**.
