**Job Requirements**:

- Must have an experience of at least 1 year in front-end Customer support.
- Must have expertise in handling client queries in a prompt, active, and proactive manner.
- Must have good communication skills - written and verbal, in English and Hindi languages.
- Ability to multi task, being a self-starter are a must.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities are a must.
• *Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating with manager, and internal stakeholders for ensuring that all client queries are resolved in a prompt and accurate manner.
- (Mandatory conditions: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, location will be MIDC Butibori office.)_
