Job Description / Responsibility
• To be engaged with the overall operations of the company’s knitting, Dying, printing, cutting, sewing & finishing section.
• To oversee the day-to-day production of dyeing, knitting and garments operations.
• To develop the plan of overall operations of annually, quarterly and monthly.
• To evaluate business growth, maintain and achieve the target.
• To execute relevant policies or CAP for organizational development.
• To establish and maintain a strong, strategic partnership with vendor and suppliers.
• To work closely with the Top Management to develop and deliver strategic plans and goals and identify risk, mitigating factors and potential opportunities for the future.
• To build a strong culture of accountability and teamwork among employees.
