Job Summary

Tetra Pak is looking for Maintenance Section Manager who will apply Maintenance knowledge and tools to deliver the results within their own specialist area and work with the line managers to achieve overall process and factory KPIs.

This is permanent role based in Rayong, Thailand.
What you will do

As a Maintenance Section Manager, you will:
• Drive and execute overall reliability of equipment of respective process through planning, directing and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance programs and calibration activities.
• Drive the equipment reliability through WCM methodology and maintenance strategy.
• Propose and implement factory investment according to factory strategy.
• Expenses control for department and production equipment, seeking opportunities for expenses reduction in Spare Parts area of Maintenance.
