Job Purpose

Managing and developing the team responsible for development of new products. Meeting agreed innovation objectives within budget. Responsible for safety and maintenance of local Laboratory. Combining this team leading activities with responsibility and execution of your own innovation projects.

Responsibilities

Leading the team:
• Lead and inspire the Product Development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ensure your team is working safe according to local regulations, taking care for a “Safety first” culture.
• Manage the team on the delivery of innovation projects on time in full. Supporting them in removing roadblocks and coaching them on project management principles. In this way successfully driving the projects of the team according launch calendar. Innovation projects are mainly (strategic) Product Development- t- but also Knowledge- and Qualification of new raw material projects.
