Steel Manufacturing company is looking for a Manager- QA / QC for Katunayake zone.

Responsibilities
• Lean and Six Sigma, DMAIC, Quality Circles
• Development and control of Manuals, Policies, SOPs, Work Instructions, Specifications
• Planning and execution of Incoming / Outgoing / In-process / Pre-shipment inspections
• Planning and executing internal audits, pertaining to IMS, covering three main management systems (ISO9001, 140001 & 45001)
• Supporting external audits on IMS and ICC, coordinating and executing actions on findings
• Involvement in design and development along with the R&D team
• Conducting validation programs – developing protocols for product, process, and equipment validation
• Risk analysis and opportunities, Aspect and Impact analysis
• Improvement Projects (CI, Kaizen, 5S)

Qualifications
• Degree / Diploma in Quality Management, IRCA Lead Auditor
• Lean / Six Sigma / Green Belt
