POSITION INFO :

My client, a leading and well-known company based in Modderfontein (East Rand), requires a competent and experienced Studio Coordinator to join their team.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB :
• Coordinate the photography workflow, ensuring it is managed efficiently and effectively and projects are followed, details are not forgotten, work gets done on time and issues handled before they become a problem.
• Improve productivity and quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination and assisting the studio photographers with admin requirements
• Communicate daily between Studio, Sourcing and other relevant departments to ensure a smooth photography workflow.
• Coordinate bookings for the creative studios including handling briefs from clients, preparing quotations and on-site management and oversight when the studios are being utilised
