Our client, a company active in the field of insurance, real estate and investment is recruiting

a lawyer with a strong possibility of evolution. You will be called upon to be the reference lawyer for the group.

• *Beschrijving**
- Provide support to the claims department for the analysis of disputed files
- Carry out the compliance functions and become a compliance officer
- Manage communications with regulatory bodies (NBB, FSMA)
- Manage files with external lawyers
- Liaise with other companies in the group on legal issues
• *Profile**
- Minimum of 3 years experience (in the insurance industry is a plus)
- Mastery of insurance law
- Fluency in both Dutch and French
- Methodical and rigorous
