Requirements:
• Preferably for those who are willing to work in Kerteh, Terengganu.
• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, Industrial Relations, or any related discipline with minimum three (3) years of working experiences in the related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent in Employment Act and Industrial Relation Act.
• Must be strong in self-discipline with positive working attitude.
• Required Skill(s): Good interaction, communication, analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Able to start work immediately would be an added advantage.

Responsible:
• Investigate disciplinary issues and to recommend appropriate disciplinary action to line manager including issuing Suspension/Show Cause Letter/Warning and other related disciplinary actions.
• Conducting counselling session to handle disciplinary issues.
