EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE

 Degree in Business Administration or any related field. • 2 years experience in an

administrative role preferably farm-related.

 Proficient in MS word and Excel.

 Possess strong communication skills- including oral and written.

 Posses outstanding coordination and people management skills for the achieving of

organisational goals.

 Should have the ability to influence and negotiate with others.

 Good leadership skills

 Should possess a strong analytical skill

 Ability to work with minimum supervision
