Responsibilities
• Provide onsite technical support to clients at various locations within the Alberton to Centurion area.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Perform system administration tasks, including user management, software installations, and system configurations
• Monitor and maintain client infrastructure, ensuring maximum uptime and performance
• Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Document support activities, solutions, and client configurations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve technical knowledge.

Qualifications & Skills Requirements
• Senior certificate or equivalent
• CompTIA A+ and N+
