We are seeking a dedicated Graduate Research Assistant (PhD) to actively contribute in our research project with the title Enhancement of Lateral Charge Transfer Mechanisms by Introduction of Various Terrace Hetero p-n

Junction Geometries for Improved Optical and Electrical Performance in Photovoltaic Cells under the Fundamental Research Grant Scheme (FRGS) funded by the Ministry of Higher Education.

Offers:

Up to RM 2,200 monthly stipend for three years.

Responsibilities:

Gather information, plan research methods, analyze data, write reports, and do extra tasks as required.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor & Master degree in any Engineering program. (preferably in electronics/ microelectronics/ photonics/ chemical engineering/ material/physics.)
• Strong research and analytical skills.
